“ I had the pleasure of dining at Scaddabush today, and I must say, it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance was warm and inviting, setting the perfect tone for our meal. The food was nothing short of spectacular. The gnocchi was perfectly cooked—soft, fluffy, and rich with flavor. Each bite was a taste of pure comfort. The pizza was equally impressive, with a crispy crust and a fresh, vibrant topping that truly captured the essence of Italian cuisine. What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service. Our waitress Emma was incredibly patient with all our questions and took the time to explain the menu in detail, which made our experience even more enjoyable. She also was very accommodating to our dietary restrictions as well as our preferences in terms of taste. Her kindness and attentiveness truly made us feel welcome and valued. She was able to get his request due to food allergies and our order was served fast and hot. We loved the food and atmosphere on this location and will be back again. The food was superb—easily a step up from my last visit to Scaddabush about nine years ago, which I remember as just okay. It’s clear they’ve seriously elevated their culinary game. On top of the great food, the service was excellent. Friendly, professional, and efficient—all made even better by our outstanding server, Ray. Managing a party of 12 is no small task, but Ray handled it with ease and grace. He is a true asset to this location and to the company overall. Thank you, Ray, for making our evening exceptional! Our table ordered a variety of dishes, and everything looked fantastic. I personally had the Margherita pizza, which was absolutely delicious—flavorful yet light, and it didn’t sit heavily in the stomach. “ So my first visit was OK but I wasn't really impressed. I left a disappointing review but am back to change my review. They took the time to reach out and invite us back and a company that does that, cares about their customers. They went above and beyond for my family and I. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and made our visit extra special. The food (was wonderful, the service was amazing, and we couldn't have had a better meal. Thanks to Kat and the other manager there today and to Cody our waiter who was attentive and kind. You filled our tummy's and our hearts. We will definitely be back. ”
